Darren Crocker at Presidents Luncheon

I would like to thank all those who turned up to the annual Presidents Luncheon last Saturday.

What a great day it turned out to be with many people staying around to see the 1sts get up on the last ball of the day against Monbulk.

A special thank you to all the sponsors and Life Members who attended. The club would love to see you all down at the club more often enjoying our facility and the company of our current members.

A big thank you also to our guest speaker, Darren Crocker. Darren donated his precious time and reminded us all that if you’ve got the right attitude and will, you can go a long way in sport. Darren was a junior cricketer at FTG and he left to pursue his football career at age 16. We wish him all the best and appreciate his efforts last week.

This Year's Presidents Luncheon to be held on 21st November will have a special Guest Speaker. A past player with the Junior Club DARREN CROCKER will be our Guest speaker for the afternoon festivities.

 

The Lunch is an Annual event which allows the Club to show its appreciation to our loyal sponsors and extraordinary Life Members.

The Luncheon is by invite only, after an introduction by the President Graham Salan, guests will enjoy a pleasant meal and drinks. Our keynote speaker this year is our own Darren Crocker, more widely known for his extraordinary feats on the football field.

After lunch our guests will be priveledged to watch our First Eleven, match their skills against Monbulk on the WH Tew Reserve.
